Traditionally, a brasserie is an informal French café that serves beer, wine and simple, hearty food.

Brasserie serves lunch Monday through Saturday and dinner nightly. The atmosphere is both luxe and comfortable, with a zinc bar, woodcarvings from a downtown church, tin roof tiles and 6,000 feet of molding.
