Traditionally, a brasserie is an informal
French café that serves beer, wine and simple, hearty food.
People
maybe sit a little closer to each other. Maybe it gets a little
noisy at night, you have to be a local to know about it, or a
local has to tell you about it.
Brasserie
serves lunch Monday through Saturday and dinner nightly. The atmosphere
is both luxe and comfortable, with a zinc bar, woodcarvings from
a downtown church, tin roof tiles and 6,000 feet of molding.
